1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lyfe-OS, a productivity and personal wellness application developed by Orbits Lab (“Orbits Lab”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Lyfe-OS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lyfe-OS, or older where a higher minimum age is required by applicable law. By continuing to use the app, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
3. Accounts
Lyfe-OS may support guest/anonymous use and registered accounts. Registered accounts may use email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials under your control and for activity associated with your account.
Signing out or clearing local app data does not necessarily terminate a cloud account or delete cloud-synchronized data. Account deletion requests are handled through our Account Deletion process.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Lyfe-OS, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Lyfe-OS is not a medical service. Nutrition, calorie, activity, recovery and other wellness information are provided for general informational and tracking purposes. Estimates may be inaccurate and should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, especially where health conditions, medications, eating disorders, pregnancy or other medical circumstances are involved.
6. Your Data & Content
You retain your rights in information and content that you provide to Lyfe-OS, subject to the licenses and processing needed to operate the service. You grant Orbits Lab the limited rights necessary to store, process, synchronize and display your content for the purpose of providing Lyfe-OS features.

7. Third-Party Services
Lyfe-OS relies on third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, Google Play Services, Meta/Facebook SDK services, USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. Your use of or interaction with those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Advertising
Lyfe-OS may display advertisements through third-party advertising services. Ad availability, formats and frequency may change. Advertising providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and their own policies.
9. Availability & Changes
We may add, remove or modify features, integrations, pricing, advertisements or other aspects of Lyfe-OS. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Lyfe-OS at any time and may request account deletion through the available deletion process.
11. Intellectual Property
Lyfe-OS, its branding, software, visual design and original materials are owned by or licensed to Orbits Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyfe-OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbits Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Lyfe-OS. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Lyfe-OS after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to you in your place of residence.
