Request account deletion
Lyfe-OS account deletion requests can be started without reinstalling the app. Send an email from the address associated with your Lyfe-OS account to the address below. Include “Lyfe-OS Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
In your request, please provide the email address associated with your Lyfe-OS account. If you use Google Sign-In, use the Google account email associated with the Lyfe-OS account. We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What happens after a request
- We will review the request and verify account ownership where reasonably necessary.
- We will take reasonable steps to delete the Lyfe-OS account and associated cloud data that we control, subject to data that we are legally required or permitted to retain.
- Where third-party service providers process data on our behalf, we will take reasonable steps to request deletion where applicable.
- Local data stored only on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app or using the app's available local-data controls. Local deletion does not by itself delete a cloud account.
Data covered by account deletion
Depending on your account and usage, deletion may include your Firebase Authentication account and associated Lyfe-OS cloud data such as synchronized habits, habit logs, to-dos, food entries, water logs and legal-consent records.
Some information may exist in provider systems or backups for a limited period, or may need to be retained where required or permitted by law. Our Privacy Policy's retention section explains these principles.
Important: “Reset All Data” is not account deletion
The current app's “Reset All Data” control clears local device storage. It does not delete the Firebase Authentication account or remote Firestore data. If you want the account and associated cloud data deleted, use the request process on this page.
